1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Rideshare Rentals, including vehicle rentals for use on rideshare and delivery platforms.

1.2. By renting a vehicle, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet the requirements to operate on platforms such as Uber or Lyft.

2. Vehicle Use

2.1. Vehicles rented from Rideshare Rentals must be used exclusively for rideshare or delivery services unless otherwise authorized.

2.2. Renters are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and in proper working condition throughout the rental period.

2.3. Smoking, carrying illegal items, or engaging in unlawful activities while using the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. Rental fees must be paid in full before the rental period begins unless a payment plan is prearranged.

3.2. Additional charges may apply for:

Late returns, Excessive wear and tear, Damages exceeding normal usage. Payments are non-refundable except in cases where Rideshare Rentals cancels the reservation.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1. Renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase coverage through Rideshare Rentals.

4.2. Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including accidents, theft, or improper use, during the rental period.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.

5.2. Changes to the rental agreement, such as extending the rental period or switching vehicles, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Mileage and Fuel

6.1. Rentals come with unlimited mileage, allowing renters to maximize their earnings without restrictions.

6.2. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided during pickup. Refueling fees will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

7. Termination of Agreement

7.1. Rideshare Rentals reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement if:

The vehicle is misused, Payment terms are violated, The renter breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, renters must immediately return the vehicle to avoid further charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rideshare Rentals is not responsible for:

Suspension or deactivation from rideshare platforms. Mechanical failures outside of regular maintenance. Third-party incidents or damages.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9.2. Your information will only be used for rental purposes and will not be shared without your explicit consent.

10. Governing Law
